Order Processing: Orders will be processed after the store closes. Your items will be delivered/shipped 15-20 business days after the order has been processed, not from the date of your order. Orders could take up to 20+ business days before delivery.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and will have access to your receipt and an order tracker. Please keep this email until you receive your package.
Pick Up/Shipping: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.
Processing Fee: There will be a 4% processing fee at checkout.
Important: Please provide the correct contact information when ordering if we need to contact you for stock issues. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we may choose a suitable substitution or cancel your order.
User Terms: No Additions, Deletions, Modifications, Returns, or Exchanges will be accepted after the close date of this web store. These are custom items, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you have ordered the correct size.
